Unravelling the myths of the accident prone child or why God gets angry with Catholic children.
God's wrath is something you don't want to experience as you have already heard about or seen what happens to children who don't fall into line.
God gets to hate them and it becomes the job of every good Catholic child to make the church's victim suffer as much as is possible after all that is what a good scapegoat is supposed to experience.
There you are 4 or 5 years old making your way into lifelong relationships in a culture that sells itself as the saviours of humanity while functioning at deeper more integrated level it has been able to keep the child sex crimes and other crimes of Catholic clergy out public view.
The question is how does that get done in a secular society and how does this set the child up for a future of conflict with every religion and system in the country for the rest of their existence.
In the suburbs direct threat, manipulation, guilt and any step possible is acceptable as a way manipulating, controlling, silencing through bribery, blackmail and straight out lies as a way of forcing a child into compliance with God's demand for your silence. It was just unfortunate that your brother kept getting the job of enforcing God's every little wish or inspiration thats comes to you directly from those in the right place and with the right Catholic knowledge and connections gives you the authority that sets the world's moral standards via the Vatican nd the Church here in Australia.
You were their property whether you liked it or not so you could learn to work in with the system of silence and exploitation and years of denial and persecution, blocking, stymieing and assassinating the character of all who opposed the Catholic or Christian religions
It was only natural that God would be angry at John because of what he was saying about the nuns and the priests. You knew what you had to do. You knew what the nuns or priests wanted and that meant you knew what other Catholics wanted as that was a part of as a part of your privileged position as a Catholic.
Even better for some as they were in a position where they could gain and profit from their connection with John. This also gave you great opportunity to cover your own actions as a bully and thus the first of the public labels forced on to child victims of the combined actions of Catholics and Catholic clergy in 1950s Australia.
In my instance growing up in Yea in Victoria the first real involvement of Victoria police that directly involved me was when Herbie Kemp was murdered.
The policeman was Bill Ellisson. Bill was a good church going Catholic man and a member of the local chapter of the Knights of the Southern Cross.
My last recollection of him in Yea was an experience that has haunted me for many years. I was around 19 at the time and was in my final year of a 5 year apprenticeship at the local newspaper in Yea. The Yea Chronicle which was owned and edited by Tom Dignam a fellow Catholic and neighbors living on The Parade Yea in close proximity to the Catholic Church, school and convent.
I have tried to talk with Victoria Police without success about the involvement of a police officer in a murder that fails to elicit any concerns for Victoria police despite the evidence to the Royal Commission.
How do I answer that regular question; the one that asks do you thnk the police are connected or involved. There is an answer that I don't have to give and I go back to the above description of the way a Catholic environment functioned with regard to the crimes of its clergy described from the 1950s only moved the cover up forward to the late 1960s.
From earlier than the 1950s through until around the 1990s the cover up had to morph itself into something other than what it really was for the expected exposure that was thought would come to Australia in the early 2000's.
It took another 13 years in Australia before the seams were exposed for further scrutiny by a Royal Commission whose terms of reference were so choked that it has been an amazing journey crashing into, stepping over and wading through power, abuse, manipulation, mythology, superstition, stacking and religious sophistry on every day of every level of its investigations.
Any wonder my attempts at communication with taskkforce SANO are met with failure or the introduction into Victoria Police business of the role of the Catholic God and religion in the day to day working of Victoria police at individual levels, group levels, management and oversight levels when it comes to police officers of the same religious group as the suspect is simply not an honest way to do policing in 2018.
It was not honest in the 1950s and it is still dishonest today. This is made more striking by combined silence of every police jurisdiction in the country while simultaneously knowing that if this were overlooked in any other investigation it would be seen as the criminal actions of a religiously inspired cover up of crimes by members of the religion and its clergy.
The only difference here was that the crimes were being committed by members of the Christian clergy and most of those were by Catholic clergy.
Different times we are told today. Certainly they were different times.
Different in the way police officers covered up for the criminal actions of the clergy of theirs and others religions. The obvious risk of this is easily seen when we introduce the concept through the identity of a known opposition religion or known blasphemous religion that we know is not the right one simply because our Christian religion is the only true one and the only true one of those is led by the pope from Rome.
Are good Christian police officers the right choice for management and policy making roles in a policing institution that has an obligation to be spotless in providing secular services to the people of the country.
The most difficult services for a survivor to locate or access are those you can identify as secular in a country that prides itself on its secular government and its secular constitution.
The most difficult lesson of my childhood was when I understood the task of identifying and making use of any secular services available for Australians simply because there were not in the areas of need that touched on policing, government, the law, justice, health and was bourgeoning beyond at every seam.
God certainly was everywhere and he was being funded by our government but he just wasn't able to catch myself and others from falling through the cracks as we approached the loudly proclaimed unbiased, moral best carrying the tag that this time with the approval of the bishops and several long fancy named entities withing Catholicism and Christianity that at long long last and not just the Catholic Church as the government itself bore a great responsibility never the less the catholic Church had got its child rape and cover up stance right this time once again and it was all that was needed was for the world to fall in line with its new cover up system and everything would be as it should and God would be happy and there was no longer any need for a scapegoat besides which you were still responsible even amidst the best Catholic apology for the global rape of millions of children and the systematic denial of justice to them that continues to harm today as they remain unacknowledged, invisible and at high risk when they become known in the community..
Life was meant to look wonderful for everyone and that was only possible if the victims were made keep their mouths shut.
Being the scapegoat for the failings of Catholicism when it comes to their failings is a ritual that is still being played out across the nation and silence, reason, justice, human rights and humanity are not being served by this failed belief system. If they are to continue they must present their evidence and reason as to why their God has failed to intervene in any any human crisis since at around a 100 yeas after the said self killing sacrifice of the claimed Jesus Christ.
There appears to be little change from the 1950s in that area and every other area that the cover used in its destructive past. In the main it is business as usual and the facts have been concealed and only a few have been brought to account and not a word from politicians, governments or police on how they intend to manage and operate these types of investigations so that secular Australians can be assured of secular services and that if this is not the case then the avenues of complaint must be fair and equal to Christian and non Christian believers in Australia.
The standard of proof is at absolute rock bottom when what you are trading in is corruption, power, control, righteous authority, child rape, rape, mental slavery, psychological entrapment and the denial of the human right to self determination through inserting the notion of a limited, connected to the Vatican God that goes on to control and to restrict the lives of those forced into the culture of he Catholic religion as innocent and vulnerable children. Once those areas meets scientific standards they should be allowed to progress further towards a safe and respectful with Australian children Australians of varying world views.
The Catholic Church cannot update its world-view any longer with any semblance of psychological stability. The greatest ongoing mental health issue is played out daily in a foreign country with a collection of badly advised, philosophically compromised wilfully ignorant misogynist men who have traditionally taken their sexual frustration out by using any available children. This is a win win for the clergyman as no points are deducted as the child who is scapegoated is clearly made to bear the stigma of being the cause of the abuse.
With no mark against his name on the final day of judgement raping children by clergy and others of the catholic faith has been a tradition that is thousands of years old and will have led to millions of children being sexually sacrificed to help alleviate the sexual frustrations of men who take vows of chastity as claimed way of their getting safely into their version of a heaven in their version of a next life and they don't have to provide any credible evidence to support those claims. .
It becomes evident why so many have been duped and denied over the centuries.
Claims of responsibility, accountability, safety, knowledge, having it right simply evaporate into attacks of the right of rapists and compromised men to continue to abuse and to exploit all of those they can through this fraudulent action.
The most egregious crime is found where clergymen or clergywomen claim a right to sexually relieve themselves by raping women, children and any that come into their grasp. .The reason why justice and equality is not being served on those raped as children today is because millions of Catholics have been exploited in such a way as to silence and to disempower them.
While our politicians are eager to jump to the defence of this as voting block will have to readjust to ensure they don't get caught up in any more failed shouts of having it right this time without having any genuine support available for the victims other than to pay them off as cheaply and as quickly as is possible which is the outcome that many expected.
It is a long long way short of justice and nowhere when it comes to redress and as such the clergy child sexual abuse issue will simply continue to fade away an undesirable history and in doing that Australia will have guaranteed the continued rape of children by clergy to satisfy the sexual needs clergy while denying the human rights of their own children and having all of that directed from a foreign nation while being funded for the people of Australia while being protected under the claim of the freedom to practice a religion.
The claims are without evidence, they are unfounded and they have no real evidence and they are the providers of human services more than any other single group - the fraud and deception is obvious. The abandonment of Australian children to an insatiable child rape culture must not be permitted to move forward on the basis of this and other spurious claims that this time they have got it right. They must provide evidence as the failure costs the lives of children and they must respect the right of every child to to determine for themselves upon reaching adulthood which if any religion they might choose to follow based on the best evidence available to them as without that today you have no claim to authenticity and should have no access to children, their education, safety, training or any aspect until the connections with the foreign country are clearly and irrevocable severed.
This fraud is a long way from being over as not until those standards are met will there be a genuine reason to include such a system in a secular country that respects the individual freedoms of every one of its citizens equally and fairly.
John Brown was born in Yea Victoria 3717 on 27 December, 1948. John grew up in Yea, he went to the Catholic school on The Parade and then a final year at Yea High. He undertook an apprenticeship as a Hand and Machine Compositor/Linotype Mechanic at the local newspaper The Yea Chronicle who recently declined to publish anything on John's story. He left Yea after realising that the proprietor and local policeman Bill Ellisson along with other local Catholics in Yea and surrounds at that time were aware of his abuse and of the rape and abuse of other children in Yea and were aware of the many unreported issues surrounding the murder of Herbert Henry Kemp of The Parade Yea in 1962 ...... read more
Investigation of an unsolved murder in 1962 can no longer be investigated according to police taskforce SANO because a pedophile Catholic clergyman who raped a child at age 8 is now dead. As a result of the dead rapist being unconnected with the murder Victorian police remain clueless.
Later in life John married in Toowoomba only to find that he was related to the then bishop of Toowoomba Bill Morris. Morris was the head of the bishops conference and was the go to person in the country for survivors of childhood sexual abuse by Catholic clergy and yet I was never able to get a time or a conversation with the bishop. I did get conversations or connection with a number of Catholic organisations with varying degrees of weirdness.
