What would our world be if we were to actually create a political party based on the will of the people through using current technology just like a futuristic democracy only you can get that now.
Do you really believe in democracy?
The technology is available whereby you can participate in setting the agenda of the Power of the People Party simply by responding to a daily text or activate at any time mobile app that allows you to vote up or vote down a set of questions. Thirty minutes a month and you get to add your vote to a proposal or help set an agenda for the Party to represent on your mobile, tablet or desktop.
A process like this would need a different type of person than we currently get; the leader does not get to make his own decisions he gets to represent the democratic decision of the constituents of his electoral ward set via an open and transparent process open to every individual resident in that ward. Are there one hundred such people willing to represent the people's wishes.
In a party environment a leader would be chosen by the combined polls of all local wards.
